Yesterday we posted an impressive modern multi million mansion located on Sunset Strip in California. It was recently sold for almost $14 million along with the large guest house. So let's take a look what it looks like visiting somebody living in a $14 million Hollywood villa.
My personal taste tells me I would actually live in that guest house rather than in the real house right next to it. You get the same view, same terrace, same swimming pool with nice fountains, same modern luxury design, etc. Plus, there's recording studio, music room and it's own home theater. You don't want your guests get bored there, right? But! There's "but". I was never even close to being a musician, so now I have to spend my $14 million (which I don't have of course), on something else.
