If you don't know what to expect when you hear "Tate Studio", let us remind you about Sefcovic Residence, a beautiful modern house also designed by those talented architects. Pass Residence is simply molded and defined by the surrounding desert landscape.
Exterior facade design is created to protect this home from dry and hot desert weather but also to give opportunity to enjoy the landscape through minimal glass walls. Interior design is also inspired by the desert but decorated to be livable and fully functionable.
