As we said in our previous post about 56 Leonard Street, the building is going back under construction this year, after long recession break. Follow the link for detailed info about the future plans. Now it's time for the first construction update this year.
As you can see in the photos below, construction workers started preparing the site before they can proceed with real construction. Over the time, construction site became real mess. Rust and dirt had to be washed down from the steel and some temporary walls had to be removed in order to allow construction to continue.
