314 Architecture office with Pavlos Chatziangelidis as the head architect designed an impressive modern home in Athens, Greece. Inspired by owners love for yachts and boats, this 1000sqm house is something you can't see every day.
Just like in their previous project, H2 Residence, H3 Residence is designed to fight hot Mediterranean days and nights. The house is lifted above a huge swimming pool on the ground level, relying on two angled concrete columns. This modern home with white concrete, black glass and blue color of water really stands out in the dry brown nature.
