Burlingame residence is designed by Toby Long Design and Cipriani Studios Design. Home is very simple, average, but contemporary style makes it look bigger, more luxury and definitely different from other homes in the neighborhood.
Exterior facade is kept modern with nice combination of concrete, stone, wood and glass. Dark colors of materials fulfilled each other in making this contemporary style home look warm and welcoming. Nice addition is terrace in the back with covered part for barbecue and sitting area with outdoor fireplace.
Interiors are designed in the same contemporary flow, light and warm materials, open floor plan filled with daylight. Perfect touch and nice focal point of interiors is tall house plant growing by the modern stairs.
