Cape Town is full of amazing modern homes as we've seen earlier and yesterday on amazing duplex penthouse apartment. Big credit for that goes to Antoni Associates who also designed this modern villa at Head Road 1843.
Unusual floor plan and property shape created great opportunity for those talented architects to design modern dream home that will blow us away. They sure didn't missed that opportunity because this modern villa is perfection for my taste.
Since villa is located on the hill, interior design is, of course, open towards this great city and big blue ocean, which just makes house charm bigger and more luxury. Big plus of this modern villa are high end luxury materials used for furniture and complete interior design.
